Brian G. Pike, CPP - Co-owner, Security Consultant

Brian, a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, has over 20 years experience in professional security management and consulting.  Board certified in security management, Brian has extensive experience in providing security and safety solutions for hospitals, businesses, schools, public agencies, and financial institutions. Brian manages all operations in the security and technology group for PC&I overseeing installation projects from start to finish.   This includes developing system specifications, submitting bids and proposals, and overseeing the installation.   Brian has written crisis response plans, security system specifications and plans, overseen installation projects, and conducted training for clients in various vertical markets including healthcare, banking, education, government, professional services, and manufacturing.

In addition to owning and operating his own company, Brian is a Paid-on-call fire officer with experience at numerous emergency scenes ranging from vehicle accidents to multi-agency hazardous materials and suspected bio-terrorism events. He is a certified Fire Service Instructor, and MIOSHA Hazardous Waste Operations Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Technician.

Brian is married to his lovely wife LaDonna.  They have two boys, Benjamin and Christopher.  They are also actively involved in his church, with Brian currently serving as board chair and lead IT support tech for Sunday services.  Brian coaches little league and hockey as well as participating in these sports.

Ron Mayes - Co-owner, Security Systems Sales Engineer

Ron earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and has over eleven years experience in the security industry. Ron’s experience in security began as a security guard in East Lansing while attending MSU. Years later, he returned to the security industry to design and sell all types of electronic security systems for different security companies in the mid-Michigan area.

Ron’s passion is for helping our clients find the most effective form of security for their particular situations and needs, at a cost that is manageable for them. We start with what the issues and concerns are as far as protecting a client’s business, employees, property or family. We finish with the best technology and installation available, service that is guaranteed and an experience that will give our clients a true peace of mind.

Ron is married and has son and a daughter, enjoys country living, cooking, caring for and observing animals and nature.
